Phillies sent RHP Brad Lincoln outright to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Lincoln passed through waivers unclaimed and will report to the Phillies Triple-A affiliate. He appeared in two games for the Phillies, allowing three runs on five hits in 2 1/3 innings.
