Phillies sent OF Casper Wells outright to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Wells played for three different teams in 2013 while also battling vision problems and wound up hitting .126/.186/.147 in 102 total plate appearances. The 28-year-old outfielder will hope for more normalcy in 2014.
