Phillies activated OF Nate Schierholtz from the 15-day disabled list. Schierholtz, out since August 12 with a fractured big right toe, went 2-for-17 (.118) over four games with Triple-A Lehigh Valley during his rehab assignment. Assuming he's healthy, he should get semi-regular playing time down the stretch.
