The Philadelphia Phillies continued to add to their bullpen by acquiring right-handed pitcher David Phelps just prior to the Trade Deadline from the Milwaukee Brewers. Phelps owns a 2.77 ERA in 12 appearances this season, having amassed 20 strikeouts (13.5 K/9) in that stretch.
