Orioles signed RHP Heath Bell to a minor league contract. The veteran right-hander was given the boot from the Rays after posting a 7.27 ERA over his first 13 relief appearances. He'll function as additional bullpen depth for the Orioles, and should work his way into the big league bullpen before too long.
