Ondrusek reported discomfort in his right elbow Tuesday, Jon Meoli of the Baltimore Sun reports.

The Orioles don't view the issue as anything serious, but Ondrusek will be held out of baseball activities for a day or two in hopes that the discomfort subsides. The 34-year-old made his spring training debut Friday, surrendering a hit and recording a strikeout across one scoreless inning. Ondrusek has spent most of the last two years in Japan, but he returned stateside to appear in seven games for the O's last season, struggling to a 9.95 ERA in only 6.1 innings.
