O'Flaherty (shoulder) will throw a bullpen session Monday, John Hickey of the Oakland Tribune reports. O'Flaherty was placed on the 15-day DL in early May with a shoulder strain, but received a dose of good news in that an earlier MRI revealed no structural damage. He may only need to throw a couple of bullpen sessions before the Athletics feel comfortable sending him out on a rehab assignment.
