Wilson (elbow) has rejoined the Brewers but not been activated from the 60-day injured list yet, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Wilson cleared his final rehab hurdle in making back-to-back appearances with Triple-A Nashville on Saturday and Sunday. He will rest for a day or two before rejoining Milwaukee's bullpen. Wilson is coming back from last June's Tommy John surgery.
