Nick Noonan is traveling to Pittsburgh to join the Giants for Tuesday's game against the Pirates. Pablo Sandoval (foot) is expected to be placed on the disabled list, so Noonan will presumably replace him on the active roster. The 24-year-old is hitting .203/.254/.220 in 37 games with the Giants this season and can be ignored in most fantasy leagues.
