Atlanta Braves outfielder Nick Markakis was 2-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored during a 12-3 win over the New York Mets on Monday. The 35-year-old is slashing .275/.365/.420 with six home runs, 39 RBI, and 48 runs scored this season. Markakis is still a highly serviceable bat in the latter stages of his career. He plays in one of the premier lineups in the National League and is capable of producing runs. He is worthy of ownership in almost all formats.
