Nationals transferred RHP Henry Rodriguez from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list. It's just a paper move, as Rodriguez underwent season-ending elbow surgery Friday. The transaction clears a spot on the 40-man roster for Mark DeRosa.
