Nationals signed RHP Josh Roenicke to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. The brother in law of new teammate Ian Desmond, Roenicke put up a 4.35 ERA and 1.60 WHIP in 63 appearances last season for the Twins. His velocity has steadily declined the last few years, making him just organizational depth at this point.
