Nate Schierholtz went 2-for-3 with a walk, homer, two runs and two RBI as the Cubs defeated the Reds 9-0 on Saturday. It was the first homer of Schierholtz's spring. Chicago's right fielder is deployed correctly by his employer -- 87 percent of his plate appearances against right-handed pitching last season -- and that's one of the reasons he's an interesting sleeper in NL-only formats. He slashed .251/.301/.470 with 21 homers and 68 RBI in his first full season with the Cubs last year. It might have been his last, too, as Chicago is expected to shop Schierholtz if he hits well enough for them to get a decent return back.
