San Diego Padres third baseman Manny Machado (wrist) has been activated from the 10-day injured list on Friday. He has been sidelined since the middle of May due to a small fracture in his wrist. The 30-year-old didn't have a minor league rehab assignment, so it's possible he's a little rusty for a game or two. He's slashing .231/.282/.372 with five homers and 19 RBI in 40 games this season.
