Maicer Izturis went 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored versus the Astros on Wednesday. Izturis is off to a nice 10-for-22 start at the plate, so the Jays could keep running him out to second base against right-handers, maybe even after Jose Reyes gets back. It does cost them a bit defensively, which is why they inserted Jonathan Diaz at shortstop and moved Ryan Goins back to second in the later innings tonight.
