Maicer Izturis is out of the lineup for the second straight day Wednesday due to a sore right foot. Never a bastion of heath, Izuris missed time earlier in June with a similar problem, and he's also had hamstring issues this season. Izturis is available to pinch-hit and could be ready to return to the lineup Friday.
