Maicer Izturis could be placed on the disabled list if his sprained left ankle doesn't improve in a hurry. Izturis was injury during Tuesday's game and was still sporting a noticeable limp Wednesday. He'll be re-evaluated on Thursday before a decision is made on his roster status.
