Several teams were present for Lincecum's throwing session in Arizona recently, as he looks to return from surgery to correct a degenerative hip problem. Given the Angels' rash of injuries in the rotation, Lincecum would have a clear path to a rotation spot if the two sides finalize an agreement. It's believed that he'll need at least four weeks upon signing to become game ready as a big league starter again.
