Lee said his elbow injury could end his career if he needs to undergo surgery, CSN Philadelphia reports. Lee would miss the 2015 season if surgery is required on his left elbow. He is awaiting a review of his MRI by Dr. James Andrews. More news regarding Lee should be coming soon as he was planning to test out his arm by throwing Monday or Tuesday.
