Lee played catch Friday and said he still felt the same level of discomfort in his pitching elbow, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Lee has been throwing to see if the pain gets worse. If not, he will attempt to pitch through a tear in his common flexor tendon this season. Surgery would sideline Lee for the entire season.
