Grimm was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday with a callous laceration on his right index finger.

Grimm suffered the injury during Wednesday's loss to the Twins and will miss at least 10 days as a result. Angel Perdomo was added to the roster in a corresponding move and should take Grimm's spot in the bullpen for the time being.
