The Kansas City Royals activated relief pitcher Justin Grimm (back) from the disabled list on Tuesday. Grimm had been placed on the DL for lower back tightness after an atrocious period for KC earlier in the year in which he posted a 21.86 ERA in 10 outings and allowed multiple earned runs in his last five straight appearances.
