Juan Pierre swiped his 600th career base Thursday against the Phillies. Pierre, who is 9-for-10 stealing bases this year, is the 18th player in major league history to reach 600 steals. He's due to pass George Davis (619), Otis Nixon (620) and Kenny Lofton (622) and move into 15th place on the all-time list later this year. He has almost 150 steals on Ichiro Suzuki (454) for first place on the active list.
