Pierre, who will turn 36 in a few weeks, is hitting a putrid .244/.286/.299 and has started only three games since the beginning of July. "I'm not going to cry once I'm done playing," Pierre said. "They can come and take away my jersey right now, and I'll be fine. I'll be OK with it either way."
