Joe Ortiz has earned a spot in the Rangers' bullpen. Ortiz, 22, posted an excellent 0.82 ERA and 11/1 K/BB ratio in 11 innings of work during Cactus League action. He'll be a third left-hander out of the bullpen along with Robbie Ross and Michael Kirkman.
