Jenkins was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday, SportsNet's Ben Nicholson-Smith reports. The Blue Jays continue to shake up the bullpen, this time recalling Ryan Tepera from Triple-A. Jenkins is in his final option year, and could be coming and going all summer as the Jays' needs require.
