Jeff Keppinger (shoulder) played three innings in an extended spring training game Wednesday. A rehab assignment doesn't appear to be far off for the veteran infielder. Keppinger was limited to just 16 at-bats in spring training, so his rehab assignment figures to be a relatively lengthy one.
