Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura (finger) will begin a minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday night, according to interim manager Rob Thomson. Segura underwent surgery to fix a fractured right index finger in early June, and it sounds as if he's nearing a return to the majors.
