Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura (forearm) was forced to exit Wednesday's game against the New York Mets. He was hit on the left forearm by a Sean Reid-Foley pitch. Alec Bohm entered the game to run for Segura and the team did some shifting to cover Segura's second base post. Segura was 1-for-2 over his first two at-bats on Wednesday.
