It was another rough night at the office for Ricky Romero in Wednesday's loss to the White Sox, as he allowed six runs on eight hits and two walks in just six innings. Romero struck out five, and served up a two-run homer to Dewayne Wise in the fourth. Romero had seemed to be getting on track heading into tonight's outing, tossing three consecutive quality starts, so hopefully it's just a bump in the road. As it is, the five-run outing was his seventh of the season. He'll bring an ugly 5.47 ERA and 1.52 WHIP into Tuesday's start in Detroit.
