Indians purchased the contract of RHP Chen-Chang Lee from Triple-A Columbus. Lee missed most of 2012 while recovering from Tommy John surgery, but he's flashed plenty of promise in the past. The 26-year-old should be fully recovered around midseason in 2013 but probably won't be big league-ready until 2014.
