House was promoted to the big leagues on Aug. 19 but has made two just relief appearances with the Blue Jays, allowing one run over two innings of work. The 27-year-old held a 4.27 ERA over 130.2 innings as a starter with Triple-A Buffalo this season, as well. He'll report back to Buffalo if he passes through waivers unclaimed.
