House has been named the Indians' fifth starter to begin the regular season, Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports. House became the favorite for the final rotation spot after Gavin Floyd (elbow) went down. He has officially beaten out Josh Tomlin for a spot alongside Zach McAllister in the back end of the rotation.
