Henry Rodriguez (right biceps) is expected to throw off a mound on either Sunday or Monday. Rodriguez has been limited in Nationals camp for the past couple of weeks because of mild soreness in the middle of his right arm. He has ample time to get himself prepared for the opening of the 2013 regular season.
