Hardy (wrist) will return from the 60-day DL on Friday, David Hall of the Virginia-Pilot reports.

Hardy has played eight games for Triple-A Norfolk in the last 10 days, and appears to be nearing full health as his rehab assignment comes to an end. The shortstop has been out since the middle of June while recovering from a fractured wrist, and a broken rib, but should provide solid depth to Baltimore's infield upon his arrival.
