Grimm was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on Saturday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Grimm joined the Mariners on a minor-league deal in late July after being released by the Royals. The 29-year-old allowed 19 runs over 12.2 innings with Kansas City and will likely serve as a long reliever out of the Mariners bullpen.
