Grimm struggled Saturday, giving up four runs in just two-thirds of an inning. Two of the runs came on a two-run homer by Michael Brantley that knocked him out of the game.
EDGE Analysis
It didn't help that he walked the first two batters, but even the outs Grimm got came on line drives. It was a night to forget for Grimm, who has not pitched well this spring. In four appearances covering 3.2 innings, he's given up four hits and seven runs and has a 3:4 K:BB. He's expected to be a key part of the Cubs' bullpen this season, but he'll need to right the ship soon.
