GM Ruben Amaro Jr. said Lee (elbow) will not start throwing for another three or four weeks, CSN Philadelphia reports. The Phillies had hoped Lee, who is trying to rehab tear in the flexor tendon in his elbow, would be able to start throwing by now. He remains a long shot to pitch this season.
