Garrett Jones went 2-for-5 with a go-ahead two-run single in the 10th to lead the Marlins to a 3-1 win over the Braves on Monday. His first big hit in a while. In fact, Jones had driven in a total of six runs in a month, all of them coming in Marlins losses. The 10th got started tonight when Christian Yelich delivered a leadoff single off Shae Simmons. He was advanced on a sac bunt, at which point the Braves intentionally walked Giancarlo Stanton. Casey McGehee then worked a walk of his own, bringing up Jones. The Braves declined to counter with new lefty Chasen Shreve, and Jones delivered against Simmons.
