Garrett Jones hit a solo homer off Homer Bailey in Sunday's win over the Reds. It was Jones' only hit in three at-bats. Jones, sitting on a five-game hitting streak, is now batting .259/.309/.445 and is on pace for 17 homers. Over his career, he has hit much better when playing the outfield as opposed to first base. Keep that in mind if the Pirates deal for a first baseman such as Justin Morneau or Kendrys Morales.
