Garrett Jones had a big day at the plate Friday against the Mets, going 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and two runs scored. Jones also doubled twice. The three-run shot was originally ruled as in play, but it was switched to a home run after instant replay review. Fortunately for the Pirates, the umpires got it right this time. With his pop against right-handers, Jones should continue to have value in mixed leagues which allow daily lineup changes.
