Erik Bedard struck out eight over 5 1/3 innings, allowing two runs in a no-decision against the Astros on Sunday. Bedard gave up seven hits and a walk, and he exited before the Rays came back to win. As long as he continues to fall short of qualifying for quality starts, any fantasy value he might have is diminished. The southpaw will take a 4.25 ERA and 1.46 WHIP into a matchup with the Orioles next weekend.
