Erik Bedard has been moved to the bullpen. This clears a rotation spot for Jeremy Hellickson, who is finally recovered from elbow surgery and will make his 2014 major league debut on Tuesday. Bedard allowed six runs over two innings last week versus the Tigers, watching his ERA and WHIP climb to 4.82 and 1.49, respectively.
