Erik Bedard allowed five runs, four coming on a grand slam, over four innings in a loss to the Orioles on Tuesday. Three of Bedard's four hits allowed and all five of the runs came in a third inning that featured a wild pitch, a hit-by-pitch and a grand slam courtesy of Chris Davis. And, in true Bedard fashion, his pitch efficiency left something to be desired, as he needed 92 pitches to get through his four innings of work. The loss dropped him to 3-5 with a 4.33 ERA, and he'll next face the Astros on Sunday.
