Dominguez was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will start at third base and hit eighth in the lineup Sunday against the Red Sox, Barry Davis of Sportsnet reports.

Everyday third baseman Josh Donaldson will be limited to DH duties Sunday, so the Blue Jays brought Dominguez aboard to provide some more depth at the hot corner. It could still be a few more days before Donaldson is cleared to resume fielding, so Dominguez may be in position to make multiple starts during his time with the Jays. The 26-year-old was slashing .287/.333/.419 with five homers across 167 at-bats at Triple-A.
