Dodgers signed INF Brendan Harris to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Harris appeared in 44 games with the Angels this season before playing at the Triple-A level with the Yankees and Rangers. The .256/.314/.381 career hitter will attempt to win a backup infielder job during spring training.
