The Milwaukee Brewers agreed to a one-year deal with relief pitcher David Phelps on Wednesday, according to sources. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Phelps spent the 2019 season with the Blue Jays and Cubs, posting a 3.41 ERA and 1.39 WHIP with 36 strikeouts and 17 walks in 34 1/3 innings over 40 relief appearances and one start.
