Cubs sent INF/OF Brent Lillibridge outright to Triple-A Iowa. Lillibridge was 1-for-24 (.042) with no walks and nine strikeouts in nine games with the Cubs before being designated for assignment earlier this week. He'll provide depth at Triple-A.
