Crisp will test out his hamstring in pregame Thursday and barring a setback, he will start in center field for Friday's exhibition game, Joe Stiglich of CSN reports.

The veteran outfielder has been battling some hamstring soreness this week, but he was able to hit in the cage Wednesday and has progressed to on-field work in advance of Thursday's game. He won't play Thursday, but if his workout goes off without a hitch, Crisp will draw back in for a late-spring tuneup Friday.
