Crain (biceps) will throw his third bullpen session of the week Friday, and he could throw live batting practice next week, the White Sox's official site reports. There is still no timetable for Crain's return to health after missing all of the 2014 season, but the club appears to be happy with his progress thus far and he is optimistic about pitching in a Cactus League game. If healthy, Crain could occupy a mid-inning short-relief role in the big leauge bullpen.
